Winter Homeless Count: January 29, 2014
The homeless count is an attempt to have a "point-in-time" snapshot of those individuals and families in the county who are struggling with homelessness, in order that agencies are better able to understand and serve these members of our community.
Being homeless can mean literally sleeping on the street, in a tent, in a car, or in an abandonded buliding. It can also mean being "doubled-up" or sleeping on a friend or family member's floor or couch.
The next Johnson County homeless count will be Wednesday, January 29, 2014, and volunteers are needed.

We couldn't do it without YOU! Thank you Warrensburg and Johnson County!!
